Call 17th Judicial District Attorney Brian Mason at:

303-659-7720

In your bid for re-election last year, you told us that you focus on two primary goals: “keeping the community safe and making the criminal justice system better.” You told us that your motto is “to do the right thing - at all times - in every case.” Since Kory’s death on October 3, 2024, you have demonstrated that “every case” does not include uniformed criminals taking the life of a United States veteran and a member of our community. You have had the opportunity to do the right thing for almost a year. Both of your stated primary goals could be furthered in pursuing justice for Kory Dillard. If you truly have any intention of doing justice to the elected position in which you sit, accommodating the demands of the community that put you there would certainly do more to align your actions with your messaging.

We want DA Mason to rectify these wrongs and reshape Aurora's corrupt and racist "justice" system. He has the power to prosecute the police responsible for the death of Kory Dillard and to drop the charges on Te'Erica Mosley!

Tips for calling in:

- Be polite but firm.

- Mention specific case names (Kory Dillard, Te'Erica Mosley).

- Highlight all seven demands if comfortable, but focus on 2-3 key points for brevity.

- Close with a clear ask (e.g., "Please act now to deliver justice").

Script 1:

Short & Direct

"Hello, my name is [Your Name]. I’m calling to thank District Attorney Brian Mason for meeting with Kory Dillard’s family and encourage him to continue to take action delivering justice for Kory Dillard and Te’Erica Mosely. I ask that he charge Kory Dillard’s killers with murder and open an independent civilian investigation into Kory Dillard’s killing. I also ask that he drop charges against Te’Erika Mosley who was arrested for filming police violence. Thank you."

Script 2:

Detailed Demands

Caller:

"Good morning/afternoon. My name is [Your Name], and I’m a concerned resident of [City/Neighborhood]. I’m calling to demand that DA Brian Mason prioritize the following actions:

1. Reopen and prosecute the officers who killed Kory Dillard.

2. Open an independent civilian investigation in Dillard’s killing.

3. Drop charges against Te’Erica Moseley.

Aurora’s trust in the justice system depends on these steps. Thank you for your time."

Script 3:

Personal Appeal

"Hi, my name is [Your Name]. As someone who cares deeply about fairness in our community, I’m asking DA Brian Mason to stand with Aurora residents, not against us. John Kellner failed us by protecting violent police and prosecuting victims. DA Brian Mason must correct this by charging the killers of Kory Dillard, Kilyn Lewis, opening an independent civilian investigation into his death, and dropping charges against Te'Erica Mosely. Our city needs leadership that values lives over corruption. Thank you."

Script 4:

Urgent Action

"Hello, I’m [Your Name]. I’m calling to insist DA Brian Mason take urgent action to address police violence in Aurora. The community demands:

- Prosecution of officers who killed Kory Dillard

- An independent civilian investigation into his death.

- Dropping of charges against Te’ Erica Mosely.
